GIVE TO THE FAMILIES

The purpose of GTH is to promote our families so that you may give liberally to them from your own harvest.

We are commanded to leave some of our harvest in the corners of our fields for the widows to glean. YHVH loves the widows and the fatherless and has set specific commands and ways his people are to vare for them. Please be a part of his vision as well as GTH’s to support these families in their times of need.

We have conveniently put the donation widgets onto the sidebar. Recently, we have been told that certain people cannot see the ChipIns, and we have come to the conclusion that perhaps the most recent update of IE8 has blocked the widgets for some reason. We have included the links to the actual giving pages below for that reason.

Giving

“The religious observance that God the Father considers pure and faultless is this: to care for orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being contaminated by the world.” James 1:27

Deuteronomy 24:17-22
“You are not to deprive the foreigner or the orphan of the justice which is his due, and you are not to take a widow’s clothing as collateral for a loan. Rather, remember that you were a slave in Egypt; and ADONAI your God redeemed you from there. That is why I am ordering you to do this.
“When harvesting the grain in your field, if you forgot a sheaf of grain there, you are not to go back and get it; it will remain there for the foreigner, the orphan and the widow, so that ADONAI your God will bless you in all the work you do.
When you beat your olive tree, you are not to go back over the branches again; the olives that are left will be for the foreigner, the orphan and the widow.
When you gather the grapes from your vineyard, you are not to return and pick grapes a second time; what is left will be for the foreigner, the orphan and the widow.
Remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt. That is why I am ordering you to do this.”

Giving Through Paypal

It is easy to give through Paypal and the ChipIn widgets. Do not feel that you must give a certain amount, as all monies go directly to the families and every dollar counts. Even a small amount like $1, $3 or $5 is helpful to these moms.

Each ChipIn widget is set up a  a link directly to each individual Paypal account for each family. To use the ChipIn widget, click the ChipIn! button on the widget, and you will be directed to a page through Paypal.You will use your Paypal account just as you would for any transaction.

Paypal allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

You can help the families on GTH even more by grabbing their icon codes from their bio page to post to your website or blog.

GTH administrators do not collect or earn any funds or payments from any of the monies donated, and advertising by our partners is appreciated.
